With 317 cubic ft of storage space, the 7' x 7' Modernist Storage Shed by Suncast is ideal for storing all your outdoor equipment, whether small or large. The reinforced resin floor is built to withstand heavy loads–including tractors, mowers and other lawn or outdoor equipment. Sturdy double doors allow you to access your items easily and are equipped with pad-lockable metal handles (resin handle, metal slide latch) for added security (lock not included). The metal reinforced, multi-wall resin panel construction provides additional strength and stability to the unit to withstand the elements all year long.

The BMS7780 requires a foundation constructed of either concrete, wood, pavement, or packed down flat gravel. If the ground is not level, the shed may twist under its own weight, affecting how the doors operate and compromising the integrity of the unit.
