Shed Foundation - What Kind of Foundation and How Big Should it be for the Shed I Need?
One of the key components of your shed is the foundation. Your shed must be built on a level surface or it will not assemble properly. We recommend a concrete patio, or wood deck base. The foundation needs to be flat and assembled before the shed is delivered so you have no delay in the installation of your shed. Note: This cannot be built on grass or a gravel foundation.

Foundation Dimensions - The actual dimensions of your shed (at its widest and longest points) are 8’ x 10’. Ensure you select a site that will accommodate these measurements. The base of the shed is slightly smaller than this, so you will need to create a level surface that is at least 93-1/2" x 118-1/4". A level cement or patio styel or wood frame foundation will provide the best long-therm performance for your shed.

Covenants and Permits - Does your Subdivision, Town, or City have any Covenants or Permits for your shed?
Check the restrictions or covenants your neighborhood has for building sheds. For instance, many cities and neighborhoods will dictate the specific distance from a property line or fence line that a shed must be built. This may determine what type and size of shed you can build.

Freight Delivery Schedule and Process -
1. Delivery Time of approximately 5 to 10 business days is the fastest delivery available for this item.
2. The freight delivery company will call you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment, a truck will deliver to your address.  It is critical to provide your best contact phone number during checkout to avoid and delivery delay.
3. Your order will ship within 2 to 4 business days. You will be notified when it has shipped and you will be provided with a freight tracking number to track your order.
4. The time in transit will be approximately 3 to 6 business days. The shipment will be delivered to the freight carriers warehouse near your delivery location. Once it has arrived there, the freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. For quickest delivery it is critical that you accept the phone call from the freight carrier.
5. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery, if there is any damage to the box(es) please refuse delivery so we can quickly send a replacement
